What are your favorite foods?

Ice cream and refried beans!

Which recipe is your go-to?

I love to make and eat a butternut squash macaroni and cheese. It’s rich, creamy, cheesy, and contains a healthy serving of vegetables.

What are your essential kitchen tools?

Cooking is so much easier with a sharp kitchen shears, immersion blender, and herb stripper. However, my favorite tool is an ice cream maker.

I really like my dad’s chili, made with chunks of potatoes. It has a nostalgic connection.

What is your go to recipe?

Chicken marinated in Italian dressing served with grilled vegetables is quick, easy, and delicious.

What are your essential kitchen tools?

My crank egg beater makes the fluffiest scrambled eggs. Also, my kitchenaid mixer is essential.
